I was given Red Fox/Sonal’s contact information by a friend of ours that works at Simon Fraser University. We had an insect issue that needed to be resolved. I was truly impressed that she was a board certified Entomologist over the phone. She spent her time on the phone with us telling us the biology and treatment methods of the pest. We hired her to come and resolve the issue. She showed up with an infectious smile and her passion for her career was very transparent. I was amazed at the time she with us and how she educated us on the pest and prevention method for the future. Her knowledge and willingness to help not just for the moment but for any issue in the future was reassuring. I am very happy to have contacted this company and it was a job done right. I certainly got my money’s worth and also was educated on prevention.
